Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, React or Blazor
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high quality software
- Write well designed, testable code and develop unit tests for new features
- Review pull requests
- Participate in sprint planning meetings
- Analyze complex technical solutions for efficiency, effectiveness, and risk
- Prepare functional and technical documentation
- Establish realistic estimates for individual development tasks and complex technical solutions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends and incorporating them into project work when appropriate
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds and deployments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of professional programming experience with .NET, C# and related technologies
- Strong familiarity with software design patterns
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular or Blazor
- Familiarity with Git and version control tools like GitLab/GitHub/BitBucket
- Some familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
