DMC is seeking a highly motivated individual that works well in a team and has experience with data management and sales support in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for supporting and facilitating sales process functions and associated workflow for processing account submissions, managing the sales visit planning process, facilitating compilation of sales meeting notes, creating and maintaining detailed content in DMC’s Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), and acting as a general resource for needs of the Sales department.
The individual will be results-driven, forward-thinking, and have a strong attention to detail. The individual will possess strong interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and some experience working in a sales environment. A background in insurance, transportation insurance, or within the transportation field would be helpful, but not necessary if other employment experience is translatable.

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Sales mentality – Experience with engaging with external and internal customers in a collaborative way.
· Experience with insurance or consultative selling. Knowledge of the transportation insurance industry is a plus.
· Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong business acumen.
· Ability to engage cross functionally across teams and businesses.
· Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Word and Excel and an aptitude to learn new programs.
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment, prioritize critical tasks, communicate with management on status, and deliver on objectives in a timely fashion.
· Ability to work effectively both in office and from remote locations.
