DMI Personal Care is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Wharton, NJ

Purpose of Position:

Responsible for planning, execution, and completion of a project while assisting the Integration Manager with timelines and resources.

Essential Functions:

· Maintain Project and Order processes, revising when needed to reflect change of responsibilities, organizational structure, Etc.

· Work with Department Heads to ensure execution of projects while meeting performance, quality, and scheduling goals.

· React to or identify and analyze any anticipated or actual problems that arise i.e., possible schedule interruptions, department overloads, and people issues, and work with team to resolve.

·Report and escalate issues or major roadblocks to Leadership as needed.

· Work with the Sales Department to set revised and final dates, as required, after obtaining agreement of all interested parties.

· Manage the product lifecycle and become on-site expert for all items regarding Finished Goods Specifications

· In a growing organization such as ours, to adhere to set policies is a must, however in order to assure a smooth-running operation, improvements, modifications discontinuations, or changes will be made when necessary.

· Coordinate project activities by scheduling and participating in meetings, capturing essential notes for project alignment, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Manufacturing and/or packaging industry experience

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention to detail.

· Working knowledge of bills of material and purchase orders

· Working knowledge of Microsoft project or other project management software

· Detailed knowledge of Microsoft product families, including Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000 per year
