1. The project is in Java so we need to see that the consultant has Java Expertise.

2. Cloud Migration Experience is mandatory

3. Profiles will be considered if GCP migration in any last 3 projects

4. JIRA tool working experience is mandatory

5. Local Candidates are preferred or resources who are willing to re-locate can be considered

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Advise leadership on Business Execution to drive performance and initiatives, including developing and implementing information delivery or presentations for key stakeholders and senior management.

- Over 5 years of experience as Technology Analyst and working experience in Cloud Migration projects.

- Knowledge in Java and .NET technology

- Strong Platform knowledge in GCP, Azure or TAS/TKGI

- Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges in Business Execution, demonstrating solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and a deep understanding of business dynamics. Deliver long-term and large-scale solutions.

- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and substantial business solutions that extend across the organization.

- Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support the implementation of recommendations and plans.

- Strategically engage with professionals and managers at all levels across multiple lines of business, serving as an experienced advisor to leadership.

- Provide guidance to a cross-functional team, leveraging business expertise.

- Strong knowledge in Security best practices and Networking

- Strong experience in Monitoring , logging, Risk and Controls

- Strong knowledge in Storage and data protection

- Strong experience in system design and architecture, software development, testing and automation

- Coordination and management of multiple automated tasks or services to achieve a specific workflow or business process.

- Advanced knowledge in Teraform

- Knowledge in Service mesh

- Strong knowledge in Kubernetes

- Strong knowledge in API development and integration

- Strong knowledge in Test driven development (TDD)

- Strong knowledge in Data migration and Database management and admin.

- Experience in Agile technology and product backlog

- Experience in Infrastructure As Code (IAC)

- Experience in Enterprise, Change Management and change control

- Knowledge in Terraform fundamentals
