Are you seeking the next step in your IT support career? Des Moines Orthopaedics Surgeons, P.C. (DMOS) is seeking an experienced self-motivated IT support technician individual to join our growing team. You will provide IT support to end-users within DMOS. This individual will be the first escalation point for the IT Tier 1 Support Team and will report to the IT Manager. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8A-5P, with on-call requirements.

Do I want to do this job?You will be working out of our West Des Moines location. You will be a resource for IT Support Team members. You will provide onsite support to end-users at multiple locations. You will have curious conversations with physicians and employees to resolve any IT matters in a timely fashion. You will work in a place that expects outstanding experiences; we do this by working hard to assume the best and being curious with all around us. You will be naturally curious, friendly and helpful.

Can I do this job?You must be able to be on the phone or sit at a desk for extended periods of time that may seem unnatural. You are able to communicate effectively and efficiently with individuals with varying IT background. You have an Associate Degree in computer science, information technology or related field, preferred. You have at least 3 years of experience in IT customer service or related field, required. You have experience with CompTIA A and Network . You are eager to learn new things and seek the opportunity to grow. You can think on your feet. You can work the hours of this position (Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM- 5:00 pm), including on-call requirements.
