The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is dedicated to creating, in partnership with others, innovative and genuine opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities to participate fully and meaningfully in, and contribute to, their communities as valued members. The DDS Franklin/Hampshire Area Office is seeking motivated and experienced candidates for the role of a Program Coordinator II.
The Program Coordinator II (PCII) will maintain up to date knowledge of DDS systems including the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS), Meditech Reporting (MT Reporting), accuracy in Meditech enrollments for processing of Plan of Care (POC) documents along with responsibilities related to the Support Broker position in the Participated Directed Program. The PCII is responsible to provide support to the area office team and to ensure waiver requirements are met based upon DDS policies and procedure.
The PCII is a member of the Area Office Senior Management Team and is involved in management-level planning activities. The position requires analytical expertise to create systems to track information necessary for area office team to support individuals. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Additional responsibilities include the completion of special projects and requests for information assigned by the Area Director and Assistant Area Director.
Schedule: 37.5 hrs. Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Days Off: Sunday/Saturday
Flexibility required to meet the needs of the office.
