Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Chamberlain to continue to realize its growth ambitions. This will include financial modeling associated with development of new programs and campuses, pricing and discounting strategies, and the impact of pulling key operational levers. In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for ongoing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have an inherent drive to be great, be detail-oriented and agile, and have a team player mentality.
The Senior Financial Analyst will report to Chamberlain’s Director of Finance. This role is based in Chicago and will align with Adtalem’s hybrid work model and corresponding policies (current requirement is in office Tuesday-Thursday each week; option to work remotely Monday and Friday).

QualificationsIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $59923.09 and $108334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
