DMV Restorations, Inc. is a multi-family leader, Class A General Contractor specializing in remodeling and restoration services within the Commercial and Residential sectors. We are seeking an upstanding, enthusiastic, and experienced Restoration Project Manager who can become a part of and grow within our company.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative and technical project rebuild management. This position will serve as the point person for the project and steer it forward. Building and maintaining relationships with our clients is a must!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assesses property damaged by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters;
• Organizes and leads contractors and subcontractors during small- and large-scale restoration projects;
• Interfaces with new clients and secures the job by executing a contract with the client;
• Owns customer communication through the project lifecycle including scheduling, execution, change orders (if needed), completion, invoicing, and collection of payment;
• Creates a plan for restoration services that outlines the process for assessing damages and creating a repair estimate;
• Estimates the cost of materials, labor, and other supplies needed for repair;
• Monitors the progress of projects to ensure completeness and within budget;
• Coordinates the repairs of the property by overseeing/managing crews, trade vendors, and budgets to ensure the projects are completed and finalized;
• Maintains in constant communication with insurance adjusters and clients to determine how much a claim is worth and developing a plan to repair damaged property;
• Manages the insurance claims process by providing information about damages to adjusters and answering questions about the claim process.

***This position requires as needed, on-call/standby duty.

Qualifications:

• Candidate has conducted measured projects of this nature is required;
• Ability to manage deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fire and Water Restorations and Mold Remediation experience is required;
• IICRC certification(s) is required.

Technical Skills:

• Xactimate Estimation software experience is required;
• Prior CRM software experience is preferred;
• Crawford Contractor Connection experience is preferred;

***Total compensation package is based on base salary and commissions (no cap) earned.

***Base salary is commensurate with current certifications held and field-related work experience.
