Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our end users.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring prompt

and effective support to maintain our users' productivity.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to troubleshoot

and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Set up and configure software applications and troubleshoot related problems
• Billing which is IT invoice management
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and productivity applications (Microsoft 365)
• Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
