Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various quality control measures. Your expertise in quality assurance and precision measuring instruments will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties:
- Perform quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as calipers, to conduct accurate measurements of product dimensions
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) standards
- Assist in the development and implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plans
- Fabricate test samples or prototypes for quality testing purposes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and their proper usage
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
