Key Responsibilities As a Production Clerk at dnata Catering, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our aviation catering production line. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure all CCP’s in the production department are completed accurately and on time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with the production team, monitoring the CCP’s. Additionally, you will assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and monitoring ingredient levels to avoid shortages or wastage. Your commitment to maintaining a clean and organized production area will contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the kitchen. By working closely with the production team and following established procedures, you will help dnata Catering deliver exceptional aviation catering services to our clients.

The salary range for this position is [$$] annual with weekly pay, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED with 2 years’ experience in a high-volume food service with at least 1 year experience in food service and production.

Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
