Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reconciling Bank statements.
- Update daily Cash reports for multiple entities.
- Responsible for sending credit card transactions to users, collecting receipts, and coding the expenses.
- Responsible for posting payroll entries, payroll accrual and deferral entries for multiple entities.
- Responsible for month end & year end close.
- Posting AP accrual and other recurring entries monthly.
- Analyze expenses and identify capital expenditures.
- Create intercompany invoices and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Prepare analysis reports as requested.
- Post Fixed Asset expenses, Depreciation and maintain Fixed Asset schedule.
- Responsible for General Ledger Posting.
- Create Journal entries and allocation entries between multiple entities.
- Indirectly assist in other Accounts Payable functions as needed.
- Research, resolve and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
- 1 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Controllership functions
- Experience in hospitality, logistic and/or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment where change is constant.
- Exceptional analytical skills and clear communication style.
- Proactive, solution-oriented problem solver.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including individuals outside of the finance function, across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s in finance/accounting preferred.
- Estimated pay range: $ 62 , 5 00 - $ 70 ,000 annually.
