Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements and update daily cash reports across various entities.
• Distribute credit card transaction details to users, gather receipts, and categorize expenses.
• Record payroll entries, payroll accruals, and deferral entries for multiple entities; support other Accounts Payable functions as needed.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Enter Accounts Payable accruals and other recurring monthly entries.
• Analyze expenses to identify capital expenditures.
• Generate and reconcile intercompany invoices and accounts.
• Prepare analysis reports upon request.
• Record Fixed Asset expenses, depreciation, and manage the Fixed Asset schedule.
• Post entries to the General Ledger and create journal entries, ensuring proper allocation between entities.
• Assist with other Accounts Payable functions as required.
• Research, resolve, and address internal and external inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, logistics, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled at collaborating with all organizational levels, including cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

What We Offer:

• Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
