Now our client is looking for an Accountant Controller to manage and oversee all the accounting department. Job Summary:

The Controller is responsible for preparing, managing, and reporting all our financial records. As the financial backbone of our business, you will make sure that records are accurate by following up-to-date guidelines and you will help our company runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the accounting department to ensure optimal efficiency of financial operations and adherence to company commitments and contracts.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations and analyze and comment on financial information.
• Cash management.
• Implement controls and procedures.
• Approve as needed purchase orders, balance sheet and bank reconciliation's, month end journal entries and bad debt write-offs.

Qualifications:

• Permanent legal status to work and reside in the United States.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Accounting Manager (Required)
• Experience managing teams (3 to 4 people)
• Spanish and English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
• Possesses strong leadership, supervisory and management abilities.

Compensation:

• Salary: $80,000.00 year.
• Dental, Vision, and Health insurance.
• Paid time off.
• (Waiting Period may apply. Only full-time employees eligible).

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
