Job Summary:Mission Emergency General Surgery (EGS) is seeking an advanced practice provider to join their comprehensive and established Emergency General Surgery team in Asheville, NC.
This will be a non-operative position covering routine floor procedures, rounding, consults, etc., for acute general surgery conditions, and working closely with a team of resident physicians. Position housed within the Trauma Services department.

Qualified Candidates:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
- BLS, ACLS/PALS certification
- NC or multi-state nursing license a plus
- Experience preferred but not required as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in a surgical practice setting
- Minimum 36 hours per week
- 100% Inpatient
- Salaried, not Shift Based, position
- This is an employed position with HCA Healthcare
