DocStar Medical Partners is in need of a locum general dentist in Blythe, CA for 3 months starting in mid-June.

Length of Assignment: Month to month, or 3-month assignment

Credentialing Timeframe: 3-5 days (expediate)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8-5 PM (one-hour lunch, no OT)

Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day, MUST be comfortable seeing all ages including pediatrics

Procedures: Procedures include routine checkups and cleanings, fillings, basic extractions, restorations, crowns and bridges, some root canals, but complex or surgical procedures will be referred out

EMR: NextGen

Licensure Needed: CA license

Certifications Needed: DEA, BLS, must be enrolled in PECOS

Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Busy clinics working with a variety of patients at an FQHC

Interview Schedule/Preferences: CV’s will be reviewed with the Dental Area Manager first, and then an interview scheduled with the Dental Director, if needed. Previously have hired off the CV’s for the medical side
