Our growing team of over 600 employees continues the tradition of excellence established in 1944 and proudly serves customers in seven states and the District of Columbia.
Experience in the pest control industry is helpful. The company provides intensive and thorough training on an ongoing basis to all employees. A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Train, discipline and motivate service staff to meet and/or exceed service program goals by following Company policy and through the use of the Company’s business systems.
2. Establish individual performance goals for each service employee. Train and direct all employees in a manner that allows them to reach their performance goals as quickly as possible.
3. Plan and schedule work so as to achieve the highest productivity in conjunction with the highest quality of service. Work as a team with District Manager, technicians, and office staff.
4. Ensure that each technician is trained in the proper use of all materials and that each service technician knows and meets all safety, health, and environmental standards required by the Company and all applicable governmental agencies.
5. Attend and complete all scheduled training. Must attain certification and/or license.
6. Maintain an attitude and understanding that the customer is the most important person in our Company.
7. Actively participate in customer visits to encourage and support sales and to assess how well we are meeting customer needs. Provide meaningful solutions to customer concerns. Be sure that key customers are visited regularly.
8. Coordinate maintenance work on Company vehicles and maintain adequate stock of supplies and equipment.
9. Communicate effectively with the District Manager, technicians, sales inspectors, office personnel, Regional and Corporate staff, and customers.
10. Follow all Company policies and procedures.
11. Must meet all criteria outlined in the job descriptions for both General Pest and Termite Service Technicians.
12. More than a 40-hour work week may be required, including work on Saturday as necessary.
