Sales Duties
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales person to drive business growth and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with sales experience.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Answering incoming product questions
- Follow ups and prospective sales calls
- Supporting outside sales reps as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a focus on customer service and business development.
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to understand and communicate product information effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
Operations Manager-Production & inventory Manager
This person will oversee our operations, improving efficiency and processes.
Operations Duties
*Lead & manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning across all depts.
*Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery & adherence to quality standards.
*Supervise team members, providing guidance & training
*Collaborate with sales teams to align operational capabilities with business development goals.
*Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas from team members.
Qualifications
- Experience in Fertilizer or Turf, Arbor or Landscape industries
- Plant Health Care experience is a plus
- Turf or Horticulture Degree is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising staff and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
