Dogpatch Saloon is looking for a Bartender to join our team in San Francisco, CA.

Bartender Job Description:

The Bartender’s role is to provide an excellent guest experience at all times. The Bartender is responsible for the proper service of food and beverages, as well as all other aspects of the dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent hospitality skills and be able to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares food and beverages prior to service, as needed.
• Prepares tables with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Serves customers from the bar, tables, or buffet style.
• Serves alcoholic beverages at the bar and/or tables.
• Cleans and organizes tableside dishes prior to service.
• Serves customers by taking orders, filling orders, and handing out drinks.
• Cleans glassware and utensils at the end of the night.
• Resolves guests’ concerns by providing information in a clear manner; resolving issues when necessary; giving final judgment on problems; taking appropriate action to resolve complaints.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant or other similar industry preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
