We are seeking candidates for Boiler Operator roles to work 12-hour night shifts. Compensation for these contract opportunities ranges between $36.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information! What you will do as a Boiler Operator:

• Assist in maintaining boilers, chiller systems, air compressors, cooling towers, wastewater treatment systems, etc.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Properly monitor facilities in accordance with state regulations
• Complete rounds every two hours, checking for issues with machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Develop departmental standard operating procedures
• Maintain GMP and non-GMP equipment history files to develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures
• Maintain plant cleanliness and organization
• Participate in emergency coverage as needed

What you need to be a Boiler Operator:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1st class boiler’s license
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
• Knowledge of High-Pressure Boiler Systems & HVAC Systems
