We are seeking candidates for a Customer Service Representative position. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity is $60,000 per year.

What you will do as a Customer Service Representative :
- Responsible for assisting phone and walk-in customers, including inspection of worn or damaged / defective parts, determining replacement parts, troubleshooting, and researching products and prices to best fit application
- Assist service customers, determine needs, and work closely with the service department to facilitate seamless prompt, and courteous customer service
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of DFP’s customer service functions, processes, and tools and their impact on other DFP departments
- Generate quotes, process and enter orders, contact vendors, update records, and track orders
- Navigate the ERP (P21) system to interpret the pricing structure, and utilize a support system
- Interpret and ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures and policies
- Manufacture hose assemblies, tubing, and other assemblies
- Support Account Managers and respond promptly with price, availability, product specifications, order status, and other information
- Achieve productivity and sales goals
- Maintain clean organized workstations and showroom
