We are seeking candidates for Industrial Painter roles on 1st and 2nd shifts. Compensation for these positions starts at $20.

This Company is a lean-operating original equipment manufacturer specializing in steel fabrication and electrical services for various clients in the oil & gas, contract manufacturing, and electric thermal storage industries.
What an Industrial Painter will do :
- Application of paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications / requirements
- Able to clean, prepare, paint, coat, and clean up tanks and other products
- Follow and understand build boards and Kanban system requirements.
- Report inconsistencies and / or defects in material, product, or equipment
- Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to use various hand tools
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and attitude with customers, co-workers, and management
- Help the company meet its Quality and Safety objectives
What you need to be an Industrial Painter :
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills #WorkNow
