We are seeking candidates for Oven Tender positions on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $19.

Dianne’s Fine Desserts has been serving up inspiring, mouth-watering, and memorable desserts for over 40 years. This company is a leading provider of premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts to the food service and in-store retail industries.

Their product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies / bars, and individual minis and specialty desserts.

What an Oven Tender will do :

• Bake products according to established standards (i.e., time, baking temperature, and internal temperature)
• Perform manual loading and unloading of ovens
• Store and move products on racks to directed locations
• Monitor the operation of ovens and notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead when problems are detected
• Accurately record necessary data and complete all paperwork required for the job
• Ensure racks used are labeled properly with the correct product information
• Participate in the GFSI / FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions

What you need to be an Oven Tender :

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent experience
• Six months to one year of related experience
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Willingness to communicate with team members to ensure proper production
• Willingness to help on the lines as needed
