We are seeking candidates for Wood Production Specialists on the 1st shift. The hours for this shift are 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

What a Wood Production Specialist will do :

• Inspect products for defects
• Prepare product for finish operation
• Fill in, sand, and buff out blemishes
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards
• Count and utilize a tape measure
• Remove burnished lines by hand or machine sanding
• Measure each size of the board to ensure correct dimensions and inspect boards for defects
• Conduct inspection to ensure compliance with pre-established customer specifications and quality standards

What you need to be a Wood Production Specialist :

• High School education or equivalent
• 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience
• Manual and finger dexterity
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to perform repetitive work requiring high levels of concentration
• Knowledge of production and / or inspection methods and procedures as they apply to assigned work #worknow
