Description

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist all Dolan dealerships with accounts receivable duties specific to vehicle sales. This position directly focuses on vehicle sales receivables which include daily deposit processing, new vehicle incentive collection, warranty cancellations, and stocking of new vehicles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Stocking new vehicles into accounting for all Dealers.
• Process daily cash, check, and credit card deposits.
• Process lender finance payments.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for warranty contract cancellations.
• Assist customers with product cancellation questions.
• Post weekly cancellation statements for all Dolan Auto Group stores.
• Process customer cancellation refunds and submit payments to third-party vendors or customers.
• Complete Understanding of products to cancel, GAP, Prepaid Maintenance, and extended warranties.
• Complete reconciliation of associated accounting schedules.
• Maintain various tracking spreadsheets daily.
• Cross-train with all other sales receivable team responsibilities.
