Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor II located in Clayton, NC. The Warehouse Supervisor II will be responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory control, and forklift operation. The role entails coordinating and supervising the daily activities of warehouse employees to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including leading and motivating a team
• Experience in shipping and receiving, material handling, and inventory control
• Proficiency in forklift operation
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
