Job Title: Senior Corporate AccountantSalary: $80k-$90kPosition Summary: The Senior Corporate Accountant will work directly with the Controller, Accounting Manager and Staff Accountants to review, prepare, and organize all company financial systems. In this role, extreme accuracy and consistency is essential while managing customer invoices, packaged loan products, payroll systems and corporate financial records. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for both the internal and external communication required for this role.The Senior Corporate Accountant will be responsible for general accounting and financial compliance activities for Dollar Loan Center and its affiliated companies. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collegial environment who is willing to roll up their sleeves and take on projects for a rapidly growing company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
• Responsible for general ledger maintenance for corporate accounts, including posting of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts and discrepancy resolution.
• Oversee fixed asset processing and reporting.
• Payroll transaction review and reconciliation.
• Annual Personal Property & Unclaimed Property Reporting.
• Oversee monthly bank account and credit card statements reconciliations. Identify account discrepancies and work with other departments for resolution.
• Prepare and place cash vault orders for all locations.
• Prepare regular cash forecasting reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all proper internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare analysis of accounts and transactional activity.
• Advise on opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with tax return preparation.
• Effectively respond to questions and requests from internal and external parties.
• Support the company with special projects as assigned.

Requirements for Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
