Job description

• To ensure proper deposit procedures for all departments.
• To assist with recounting for accuracy of cash drawers after each cashier.
• To be responsible for the safe and writing out change order.
• To protect the assets of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Verify safe at shift change.
• Count change order and put it up.
• Distribute any banks that are needed to ticket sellers.
• Must get along well with fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times.
• Must work at a rapid pace
• Must help in other areas/departments as requested by management.
• Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.
• Must be able to resolve conflicts between employees.
• Complete check out procedures as listed below:

• Verify all bank bags before putting them in the safe.
• Recount all cash drawers for accuracy after each cashier.
• Count and prepare all deposits including deposit slips for bank.
• Count safe and write out change order.

• Input all information from departments as employees come to cash out.
• Print All required reports with information required for Accounting Department.
• Print summaries for Ticket Sales and input information.
• Run Summary reports once everyone is checked out.
• Process overages and shortages.
