Our ideal candidate has an upbeat hospitable, UPBEAT & friendly attitude, self-sufficient strong beer and cocktail knowledge, strong multitasking abilities, 2 years of bartending experience, and open availability.
Our team is full of individuals who are passionate about the service industry and ready to provide high-energy service.
Candidates must be a self-starter and willing to develop their knowledge continually of our Food and Beverage program and customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome, engage, and serve guests in a warm manner
Take orders and enter orders into a point-of-sale system
Strong menu knowledge with the ability to make recommendations
Ensure all orders are accurately brought to the guests promptly
Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
Follow all food safety and health department regulations
Address guest concerns swiftly in a solution-oriented manner
Complete side work as assigned
Prepare bar ingredients (infusions, batches, syrups, etc.) as needed and ensure the highest quality
Knowledge of industry trends
REQUIREMENTS
FULL AND OPEN AVAILABILITY is a MUST
Minimum 2 years of NYC restaurant experience with craft cocktails and beer
Deep knowledge of spirits and cocktails is a must.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Experience with portable POS tablets preferred
Positive, engaging personality and professional demeanor
NYC Food Handlers License and TIPS certification preferred
Ability to provide high-level guest relations in a fast-paced environment
Strong task and time management abilities
A commitment to high-quality work while unsupervised
Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift 35 lbs
Previous experience opening new concepts is highly desired
Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment within the area of responsibility
