Bilingual Training Doc Specialist (818976) | Bloomington, MN

Our client, a global Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Training Documentation Specialist to help out with a summer project. The ideal candidate will have a technical aptitude to convert training documentation from PowerPoint files to Articulate/Rise 360. The material is in Spanish (and Portuguese), so a minimum of fluency in Spanish and English is required to be a match for this position. The role is a contract position to help out with this project for approximately 6-weeks. The position will train fully on-site and then will have an option for hybrid working arrangements. 

Duties:

• Review Spanish training materials (electronic files in PowerPoint)
• Work through conversion process to transition and format materials into Articulate/Rise 360 Storyline
• Review training materials for accuracy and formatting
• Finalize and save documentation accordingly

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required (written); fluency in Portuguese is a bonus, but not required
• Intermediate with MS Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint)
• Working familiarity of Articulate/Rise360 or similar is preferred – must be able to learn and work new systems quickly
• Strong technical aptitude
• Ability to begin working in July and commit to project through completion
• Previous experience in document review and conversion (electronic files)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
• STEM background preferred
• High School Diploma required, some college preferred
