Domino's Pizza (9268) is Hiring an Office Manager Near Chesapeake, VA

Office Manager Extraordinaire

Are you a multitasking maestro with a flair for organizing chaos? Do you thrive on coffee, sticky notes, and the occasional paper-clip sculpture? Look no further! Our Domino’s franchise office for TIPS East is seeking an Office Manager who can juggle tasks like a circus performer (minus the sequins).

Responsibilities:

Captain of the Office Ship: Steer our office through the tempest of deadlines, meetings, and coffee spills. Bonus points if you can do it while wearing a superhero cape (not mandatory).

Chief HR Head:

· Employee Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers.

· Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.

· Computer Data/Records: Management of PULSE inputs & adjustments (store updates, new team member logins etc)

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.

· Policy Compliance: Garnishments, Federal/ State document requirements

· Benefits Administration: Processing benefits, terminations, hiring, transfers, and payroll communicated to parties.

· Leadership Support: Collaborating with Director of Operations and upper management to relay important information and policy changes.

Master of Office Tetris: Arrange desks, chairs, and potted plants with the precision of a Feng Shui ninja. Cleaning and tiding of office spaces

Emergency Unicorn Wrangler: When the printer jams or the Wi-Fi rebels, you’ll swoop in like a mythical creature whisperer. Unicorns not included (but we won’t stop you from trying).

Sherlock of Supplies: Keep tabs on pens, sticky notes, and elusive staplers.

Mood Booster Extraordinaire: Distribute high-fives, compliments, and occasional dance-offs. Office morale is your canvas; break out the neon paint.

Qualifications:

· A positive and bright personality free of drama

· A wizardry degree in Office Management (or equivalent experience in wrangling chaos).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and deciphering cryptic Post-it notes.

· Ability to laugh at office memes without disrupting serious meetings.

· Superhuman patience when dealing with difficult situations, people or printer tantrums.

· Attention to detail and deadlines
