Description
The Entry Human Resources Advisor will work with the Mill’s production departments and provide human resources expertise to the organization.
The ideal candidate will build effective, trusting business relationships and partnerships across the organization to execute the implementation of plans supporting the company’s strategic business direction in alignment with Domtar’s core values.
Job Summary Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Entry Human Resources Advisor role will be to provide HR expertise and assistance in support of the policies, strategies, and direction for the Plymouth Mill.
More specifically, this role will provide support for a wide variety of human resources activities including employee relations, recruiting, employee coaching and succession, organizational change management, EEO and affirmative action, employee onboarding and training, disability management, compensation and benefits.
