Conduct daily follow-up calls post-appointment to ensure guest satisfaction.
Listen actively to guests, answer questions, and direct them appropriately.
Respond promptly to phone calls, online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
Follow up on declined service work, next appointments, and lost guests.
Send out coupons and promotional materials.
Request and obtain online reviews.
Advise guests on vehicle maintenance recommendations.
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
