Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Inspect vehicles for any additional repairs or maintenance needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete service tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive repair is preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
- Ability to align and balance tires is a bonus
