In this highly visible role, you will direct and lead the efforts of a cross-functional team to fully test, remediate, document, and deliver a completed project/program and/or service. You may consult directly with internal or external clients on business goals, tools, strategy, and best practices of software/network development. You will have full accountability for managing concurrent projects/programs of any complexity including projects/programs that span multiple regions, functions and/or business units.As part of the teams' commitment to transparency, this role will also lead the team's overall communication and alignment strategy. This individual will sustain work intake processes and overall status reporting; providing detailed issue descriptions and mitigation efforts to the working teams as well as succinct summaries to executive leadership. Showcasing the team's accountability and progress, this individual will create and maintain programmatic monthly dashboards accessed via email and/or SharePoint.To be successful in this role, you must have thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and E2E testing processes, including defect management and remediation. You must have superlative communication skills, with ability to understand, synthesize, collate, and analyze data and make it consumable for multiple audiences of diverse technical backgrounds and management level.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conducts end to end project management of multiple testing projects as well as leading/organizing programmatic structure of multiple testing efforts Leads cross functional teams to complete testing of projects or program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects. Defines Testing Object List (TOL), guides activities of a testing team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables. Leads work intake and related workflows to optimize resources, provide visibility to capacity roadmap, and ensure alignment across present and future stakeholders Provide daily updates on testing progress, blending data and visual elements to ensure common understanding of the accomplishments, issues, and expectations by both working teams and leadership Synthesize efforts from cross-functional teams, mapping requirements from multiple customers against testing progress from multiple factories to create a cohesive view of both progress and customer impact Provide monthly dashboards including KPIs, jeopardies, and successes Build bridges with stakeholders - managing the relationships with intention and a 'win as one' mindsetExperience/Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Math, Science or equivalent experience. 5-8 years' experience in a project realization domain, with experience/understanding of project management, E2E testing, and communication/alignment domains Technical background, including understanding of SDLC and network elements Superlative communication skills, with experience in relevant Microsoft applications (Excel, PPT, SharePoint). Power BI and Tableau experience a plus Strong technical and business acumenOur Sr Software Delivery Project/Program Manager roles earn between $106,100 - $159,100.
