Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Monitor the A/P mailbox & distribute e-mails as necessary
- Attach invoices via link to related purchase orders.
- Alphabetize daily packing slips, scan & place in appropriate folder for final processing.
- Resolve any issues placed in the Rework folder by 3 rd party final processor.
- Post invoices as required
- Review Monthly Statements
- Attach all freight invoices to posted invoice in NAV.
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical RequirementsAt least two years related experience required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk & working on a computer.
