- Company functions (Golf Tournament, Halloween, Train the Trainer, Customer Visits).
- Conventions & Trade Show Materials (DC USA).
- Customer Appreciation.
- Sales Demos/Presentations (DC USA).
- Reserve Lodging for Low Places.
- Monthly mailers / newsletters (DC USA).
- Catalogs (DC USA).
- Product cut sheets (DC USA).
- Brochures (DC USA).
- Corporate Company Newsletter (DC USA).
- Magazine Advertisements (DC USA).
- Business Cards (DC USA).
- Company Literature (Folders, Literature Order Forms, etc.).
- Package Design (DC USA).
- Other documentation as needed.
- DC USA’s Websites production/maintenance.
- All Print Materials - Flyers / Cut Sheets / Brochures / Catalogs.
- Brochures.
- Logo Design (DC USA).
- Promotional Material Design (DC USA).
- Product Promotion.
- Actively searching for target markets.
- Actively searching for ways to promote the company.
- Stimulate competition & goals within the departments.
- Photography of Events.
- Social Media (Scheduling/Artwork/Messages for Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter for DC USA).
- Emergency Communication to Customers (Phone/Internet/Power Down via Constant Contact).
- Create Mailing Lists using NAV & Microsoft Excel.
- Create Mail Merge using Microsoft Office.
- Print Return Address & Mailing Addresses to Avery Labels.
- Adhere Labels & Stuff Materials.
- Research returned mail & correct addresses in NAV.
