Our Customer Experience and Integrity team’s mission is to help create a seamless, efficient, and satisfying customer support experience, to keep all users safe while interacting with DoorDash, facilitate trust in our offerings, and to protect our users and our company from fraud on our platform.
We’re looking for an experienced design leader to push our design strategy forward across our platforms on Support, Trust & Safety, Fraud, and Internal Tools. This is an opportunity to evolve the team’s vision, culture, and process. You'll also get to solve big, meaningful design problems and make decisions that directly improve the experience for our users, Dashers, Merchants, and the success of thousands of internal employees and agents at DoorDash!
You will report into the Head of Design Foundations on our Product Design team in our Product organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
