Your duties will include offering administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants; answering and redirecting phone calls; ordering office meals and supplies; welcoming guests; receiving, scanning, and distributing mail; and maintaining the overall appearance of the office. This is a customer service role- you should be able to deal with routine tasks and emergencies in a timely, pleasant, and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, your job is to ensure that whether in person or by phone we are welcoming guests warmly and executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
