Dorn Color is in search of a Coater Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate is quality-oriented and skilled at setting up and troubleshooting paint coating equipment. Primary duties are to operate our coating line with precision and skill for producing quality coated color sheets for color cards and fan decks.

QUALIFICATIONS include the following:

• Mechanically inclined
• Manufacturing experience
• Flexible and desire to continually learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good color eye
• Must be able to mix and work with solvent-based lacquer
• Flexo, color matching or offset printing experience helpful
