- Communicates with customers:
- Scheduling services
- Providing contract status information.
- Providing updates as needed.
- Takes International and Dornier Direct parts orders.
- Maintains Database:
- Verify price of parts and availability in database.
- Place orders for both the customers and field service engineers.
- Places service orders in the database to contact the engineer.
- Create and maintain customer files.
- Support the Field Service Engineers:
- Check shipping status of parts.
- Tracking timecards and service reports.
- Receiving and logging expense reports.
- Perform audits on service orders ensuring engineers have filled in all necessary information.
- Assisting in closing service calls.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to Type 40 words per minute.
- Basic computer knowledge, Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
- Occasionally deal with high stress situations
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
