What we are looking for:
We are looking for a customer centric Product Manager to assist in product development and execution for our customer experience initiatives. You will be responsible for assisting with, developing, and managing product roadmaps, conducting market and customer research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. Additionally, you will be influential in making efficiencies to our product development process, conducting system integrations, and developing an AI chat bot in the long term to craft an innovative experience for our customers.
What you’ll do:
Assist in the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap to scale new product lines to solve customer needs
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and Account Management, Tech Support, and Development teams to shape requirements, features, and end products
Write product requirements documents, user stories, and test cases
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Develop and own KPIs and the success of each launch/integration
Requirements:
Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the key responsibilities of the job.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; or equivalent experience demonstrated in lieu of a degree
Minimum of three (3) years of end-to-end Product Management experience at a SaaS company. Healthcare-SaaS experience would be ideal but not required.
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) skills
Proven experience partnering with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external)
Superior problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills
Familiarity with iterative development principles and practices, including breaking down product goals into small, achievable slices for early and frequent delivery
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands
Able to multi-task and take ownership of tasks/projects
A curious mind and a passion for learning about new technologies/healthcare innovations
