Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Build rapport with customers, clients, and team members to cultivate trust
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver a high level of service to our business customers
• Create meaningful contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and in person interactions.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Meet determined performance goals and objectives
• Become an expert with product and service knowledge to answer questions and handle objections successfully

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• A proven self-starter with positive energy and dedicated work ethics
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of sales and the B2B market is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing goals
