Who We’re Hiring:

Vortex Metal Manufacturing is searching for a Receptionist who will be responsible for the great guest experience our customers are provided when they enter the door. The receptionist will be the point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure efficient operations of our front desk. This is a self-reliant, hands-on, fast paced position where an individual will be challenged with multiple goals overlapping in time. They will spend most of their time interacting with customers and logistics. The Receptionist will also be challenged by critically thinking about designing procedures that bring accuracy and efficiency to the back end of our operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they enter the building.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
• Check out customers and relay communication to the Logistics Team.
• Clean and stock the front welcome area.
• Assist Logistics Team and other office personnel with administrative work.
