WE ARE A SUPER BUSY CONCRETE COMPANY OUT OF TOWNSEND. WE TRAVEL AROUND THIS GENERAL AREA ALMOST DAILY WITH JOBS FROM HELENA TO BOZEMAN TO WHITE SULPHER SPRINGS. WE CAN PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION FROM THE OFFICE IN TOWNSEND TO JOBSITES HOWEVER YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE OFFICE. PAY WILL BE DEPENDENT ON LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE.
Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine the layout of concrete forms
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
- Set up and align concrete forms according to specifications
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Monitor the curing process of concrete and make adjustments as necessary
- Remove forms once concrete has dried and finished curing
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work
Experience:
- Previous experience in concrete work or related field preferred
- Knowledge of frame carpentry, metal stud framing, plaster, tile laying, and trim carpentry is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting as required
- Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes is a plus
