This is a 4-month contract.
We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support Double Dagger Studio’s leadership. This role provides the opportunity to participate in the exciting early stages of a growing game development studio, as well as the chance to turn this role into whatever the candidate wants it to be. The ideal candidate will manage various tasks amidst the growth of the studio, allowing the leadership team to focus fully on their professional responsibilities. This position demands independence, a proactive approach, and a commitment and a doer attitude as there are no tasks too big or too small.
Role & Responsibilities
- Booking and coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements for leadership and team
- Provide calendar management support by scheduling meetings and calls, internally & externally as needed
- Help managing contracts and formal documents and coordination with legal as needed
- The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed
- Office management (acquiring office furniture, space-management, interfacing with landlord, general office operations, keeping office in good shape)
- Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Assist with new hire onboarding on an operational level
- Assist leadership with growth opportunity management (office improvements, administrative process refining)
- General administrative support and external errand running as needed
- Provide support and help coordinate customer support needs and requests with the broader team
- Ensure merchandise store runs smoothly and messages and support from customers are met
- Can work independently and can identify required company tasks as required
- Can work with bookkeeper and finance as needed to provide support
Required
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Proven experience in a supportive role, ideally as an administrative assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally.
- A high level of discretion and commitment to professionalism.
- Ability to work according to the leadership team’s schedule, which sometimes includes long days and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Please note:
- Location: Hybrid in Bellevue, WA, 2-3 days a week onsite
- Ideal candidate should already be in the Bellevue/Seattle area
- Duration: 4-month contract, renewable
