Bartender Position

The Double Eagle Indoor Golf and Lounge is looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and experienced bartender and server to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Skilled bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. This position requires extensive knowledge of the bar industry, and excellent customer service. Compensation includes hourly wages and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for customers
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences, and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Stay customer focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Greet all customers and escort them to their respective golf bay
• Learn and understand the TrackMan golf simulator and instruct customers on how to use the system

Employment Standards

• Resume’ reflects proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Computer and POS system literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• North Carolina Alcohol training certificate
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, without sitting
• Ability to reconcile receipts and proficient in cash management
• Ability to perform under workplace stressors like noise and multi-tasking
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay dependent on experience
• Hiring band: $12-$15 an hour
