On-Call Seasonal Banquet Server

Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive Server who can provide our guests with a great experience at special events. Our Banquet Servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, clearing plates and silverware, and ensuring any special guest needs are met. This position requires a team-first approach since you'll be working closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure the event runs smoothly. $15.5 hourly service charge

• Verify that you and your team members are following relevant food handling safety requirements
• Provide excellent service to all guests from start to finish of special events
• Clear plates, replace silverware, and be mindful of needs guests have
• Carry coffee pots, water pitchers, and other drinks around the room, refilling guests' cups and glasses as requested
• Walk around the room serving guests appetizers, meals, side dishes, drinks, and other items as requested

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and other team members
• Experience working in food service is preferred
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
