We're an established, growing organization that is seeking a part-time (25-29 hrs per week) Payroll/Office Coordinator to help with payroll duties and office administration at our Commissary facility located in Alsip. Position may be required to work out of Oak Brook 1 day per week as well so reliable transportation is required.

Job responsibilities:

• HR projects as assigned
• Onboarding new employees
• Assigning key fobs and uniforms
• Customer service for internal and external customers
• Data entry
• Auditing employee timesheets
• Managing temp labor/timesheets
• Assisting Plant Director in Spanish translation
• Other office duties as assigned

Experience/skills:

• 2 years of HR or office experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Spanish speaking required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for long periods of time working on a computer
• Having close vision for computer as well as color vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Occasional presence on the production floor
