We are currently in search of a qualified Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in the field, demonstrating proficiency in managing PPO and Medicaid insurance verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, appointments scheduling, and phone inquiries.
  • Utilize expertise in PPO and Medicaid insurance verification to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with dental practitioners and administrative staff to maintain a smooth workflow and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of patient information and insurance documentation, adhering to privacy regulations and office policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
